              Lezlie Rueda recently obtained her B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis where she concurrently worked as an undergraduate lab assistant on protozoan pathogens that affect food systems like fresh produce and shellfish. She is interested in food safety and addressing illness-causing pathogens found in contaminated food.
